Full-Time Associate Dentist Opportunity – East Central Alberta

A well-established, fully digital dental practice in a growing East Central Alberta community is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join their supportive and experienced team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy practice replacing an existing Associate, with strong patient flow, mentorship available, and excellent long-term earning potential in a welcoming, family-oriented community.

Position Details:

• Full-time | Monday–Thursday
• Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 40% Collections -based compensation
• Expected production: approximately 50k–60k monthly
• Residence provided just a 2-minute walk from the office

Practice Highlights:

• Fully digital office
• 4 operatories
• Pan/CBCT unit
• PrimeScan intraoral scanner
• 4 intraoral units
• Established and loyal patient base
• Treatment booked approximately 6 weeks ahead
• Hygiene booked approximately 6 months ahead

Supportive Team Environment:

• 1 Hygienist
• 2 RDAs
• 2 Receptionists
• 1 Steri Aid
