Full-Time Associate Dentist – Kelowna, BC
A well-established, progressive dental practice in Kelowna, BC is looking to welcome a full-time associate dentist . This is an incredible opportunity to join a supportive, mentorship-focused environment in one of Canada’s most desirable cities.
What We’re Looking For:
We're seeking a candidate with exceptional interpersonal and social skills, someone who is genuinely committed to building long-term patient relationships and making Kelowna their forever home.
What We Offer:
Mentorship & Growth: Ideal for dentists at any stage — mentorship is readily available.
Strong Earnings: Associates are currently billing between $100K and $200K+ per month.
Defined Scope: Advanced implant cases are referred in-house, allowing you to focus on comprehensive care within your comfort zone.
IV Sedation Environment: All surgical procedures beyond simple extractions are done under IV sedation. Willingness to obtain IV sedation certification is required.
