We’re seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our team full-time, offering mentorship, modern tools, and the opportunity to grow your skill set and income.

🦷 What We Offer

Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (Fridays until 3 PM)

6 operatories with 2 hygiene chairs running daily

7–9 experienced support staff

40% of production

Mentorship across multiple disciplines including implants, full-mouth reconstruction, crown lengthening, bone grafting, orthodontics, endodontics, and sedation

CBCT, digital 3D scanner, and all forms of sedation (nitrous, oral, IV)

Long-standing practice with a diverse patient base and 25–30 new patients monthly

Negotiable signing bonus and select paid continuing education courses

💰 Earnings & Growth
Expected annual take-home gross income: $120,000 – $600,000, depending on skill set and experience.
