We have an exciting full-time opportunity in a well-established, not-for-profit dental clinic in Merritt, BC ,proudly serving the local community for over 13 years under the umbrella of a health society formed by three local First Nations Bands.

What We Offer:

Pay Structure: Dentists are paid 40% of the current BC Fee Guide — competitive and stable.

Hours & Schedule: Full-time position (Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Friday). Clinic hours are 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with no weekends or statutory holidays.

Facilities: Each dentist works with two dedicated operatories and a skilled team, including two hygienists (4 days/week).

Supportive Environment: Strong collaboration with local agencies and wraparound community support services.

Housing Flexibility: Current dentists commute and stay in Merritt during their work week — accommodations available.
