Our established dental clinic in Nanaimo, BC is seeking a friendly, confident Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a clinician who enjoys strong hygiene support, steady patient flow, and a collaborative environment.

About the Opportunity
• 4-day workweek with consistent, predictable scheduling
• Large and loyal patient base
• Strong support team: 3 hygienists, 3 dental assistants, a steri tech, and a treatment coordinator
• Modern clinic with same-day crown technology
• Busy restorative schedule with excellent efficiency systems in place

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Confident with bread-and-butter dentistry
• Team-oriented, reliable, and focused on quality patient care
• Comfortable working in a structured, well-supported environment
• References or work-history background required
