Full Time Dental Associate - Channel Port aux Basques, Newfoundland and Labrador

We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join a well-established, community-focused dental practice in Channel Port aux Basques. This clinic has been serving the area for more than 50 years and offers a strong, loyal patient base along with exceptional earning potential. As the only dental practice in the town, you will enjoy a fully booked schedule supported by an experienced team.

About the Opportunity:
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• You will be the sole dentist in a busy 4-operatory practice
• One hygienist on staff
• Approximately 3,000 to 10,000 active patients in the region, with a catchment area extending over 350 km
• Schedule can be booked at least 12 weeks in advance for experienced dentists
• Current associate bills 7–10K per day

Compensation & Perks:
• 45% compensation on collections
• First $120,000 billings at 45%, then 50% thereafter
• Potential to earn $30,000–$35,000 per month

Qualifications:
• Licensed to practice in Canada
• Several years of experience as a General Dentist
• Confident working independently and delivering high-quality, comprehensive care
• Strong clinical skills in bread-and-butter dentistry
